Ontario Dietitians in Public Health logo revealed!
Published on Monday, 4 December, 2017
As we transition to Ontario Dietitians in Public Health, we are very pleased
to share with you our new logo (see attached)! The Name Change Committee
reviewed many logo designs and worked closely with the graphic designer to
create a versatile, clean, simple and modern look. We chose a two-toned, fresh,
natural, green which matches well with our current website and the circles
represent unity and partnership as well as demonstrate how public
health nutrition is all encompassing and comprehensive. We use both
the English and French names and after much thought and consideration opted
for including only the English acronym as the majority of our letters and
communications are in English and we are trying to build name
What does this mean?
- We are starting with an
internal soft launch of the new name and logo. We are working with our web
company to start the switch over to our new domain address (www.odph.ca) and updating the website
and email addresses for our forums and email accounts
- We will let you know once
the website is live so you can make appropriate changes to
your communications. Over the next year, the site www.odph.ca will
be redirected to our new site www.odph.ca
- There will be no change to
our twitter handle @RDsPubHealthON
- We will promote our new
name/look through social media and will send out communications to our
external partners in early January
- The name and logo can be
used for new resources
Feel free to start spreading the news of our new name!
